Ascutney Cabin

Ascutney Cabin is great for couples or families with small children. This is a PET FRIENDLY cabin. The cabin is about 660 sq feet. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with a tub/ shower combo, a comfortable size bedroom with a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area that has a queen mattress. Enjoy your breakfast of farm fresh eggs while sitting in your little breakfast nook and stare out the big windows at the beautiful views.

Weekends and Holidays: We require a two night minimum on most weekends. On most holiday weekends, we require a three night minimum stay.

Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am

Cancellation Policy: Any change or cancellation to the reservation must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival and will incur a $30/night processing fee (plus tax). Changes or cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation and more than 2 days before the reservation shall result in a forfeiture of the deposit. For all reservations, changes or cancellations within two days of the reservation shall result in a forfeiture of the entire cost of the reservation, including tax. In the case of a change or cancellation, we will do our best to rebook those days. If we are able to rebook ALL of your reservation, we would be happy to refund your deposit less the processing fee, or you can get a credit for the full amount of your deposit for a future stay.

There is a one time $50 cleaning fee with each reservation.

Pet cleaning fee: $25/night per pet (includes use of pet kit during your stay)

Rates are for up to 3 people in the cabin. For any additional people a charge of $20/night will be added (Children 2 years old and under stay for free).

All rates subject to the 9% Vermont Meals and Rooms tax
